Motivation
Introduction One of the words of order in the half organizacional currently is motivation, together with the attendance of excellency and the result. Of this form the organizations come working in the direction to keep its employees active and participant or, in other words, motivated, so that these pass of the mere position of used to the condition of collaborators. However, defining motivation as the desire to exert high levels of effort in direction the objective, organizacionais or, conditional determined ones for the capacity not to satisfy some necessities individual, we display that the motivation is something particular, not passvel of alteration for the way, but influenced for it, being possible only to the proper individual the maintenance of this state. Thus, the motivation is intrinsic to the individual, being able the external way, in the maximum, to contribute so that it more or less is motivated through ' ' doses' ' of stimulaton or I discourage in elapsing of its participation in the environment. Theories on motivation In accordance with Maslow, the motivation human being is directly on to its necessities, that is, the measure where the people go supplying its demands for survival (feeding, hygiene, security), appears new priorities and in such a way it is renewed motivation.
Alderfer in turn, and following in Maslow part, displays that the people do not follow only one ascendant in the hierarchy of the necessities, but also a descendant, transiting enters the phases of constant form. Herzberg, as well as Alderfer, also part of theory of Maslow, however this brings idea of that nor all the necessities motivate the individual, some only prevents not-satisfaction, and that the motivation more than depends the work in itself on what of rewards on it, that is, the point key is the proportionate challenge for the activity.
